(probably not fully Paleo, but I worked with what I had).As such I decided to Tumbl it because it was actually pretty damn good.
1/4 cup diced Onion
1/4 diced red and green jalapenos
1/4 diced celery
2 chicken thighs
Sweet & Sour sauce
Cauliflower Rice (or normal rice if you’re not Paleo)
Warning: I cook by instinct, exact measurements don’t exist.
Right, do you dice all your lovely veggies, saute them in olive oil, and add some of the spices. In a separate bowl, mix the sweet & sour sauce, spicy mustard, clover honey, and vinaigrette and spice to taste. Chop up your chicken into inch by half inch rectangles, smother them in this sauce, add more olive oil to your pan and some honey and saute with veggies. Once done, toss over cauliflower rice(which I didn’t have tonight) and BAM, Honey Savory Sweet and Sour Chicken. This took me all of fifteen minutes to prepare, but I like my chicken real tender.
