This ebony sky shall recede once more into the golden rays of the sun, and you shall rise atop the mountain. But until that day, until you have gone through this journey to earn that light, you must have the fortitude to bare your load even in the darkest of times. Have strength young child, have courage, let it be a marker in your life, a lesson tattooed upon your skin. Be it self inflicted or imposed by others, it shall lend grit to your teeth and cast that fragile heart of yours out of iron.
